Heavy Sweaters are Jacob Lee Avery and John Edmond Gannon, two good buddies who have been rocking in a basement in Portland, Oregon since 2008. Jacob writes the songs, sings and plays guitar. John plays the drums and adds all the cool stuff on top, like horns, keys, vocals. They occasionally play shows. They occasionally make records. They almost always laugh when they get to the end of a song.
